1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"), Güzeloba, Rauf Denktaş Cd No:8, 07230 Muratpaşa/Antalya, Türkiye, www.entatil.com and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

1.2. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make any changes to this Policy at any time and without special notice in this regard. The new version of this Policy will enter into force upon its publication on the Site. Continuing to use the Service, the User confirms his consent to comply with the terms and conditions of the Policy in its current version. The Company recommends Users to review the Policy more often to ensure that the User understands the terms when using the Service. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy as amended by the Company, he will not have the right to use the Service.

1.3. This version of the Policy shall enter into force on 31.12.2025 and shall remain valid until the approval of the new version.

2. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

2.1. The Company receives the following information about Users during the use of the Service:
2.2.1 When transfers are ordered through the Service or when the Service is used by the traveller, information about Users may include.

company or sole entrepreneur name,
details of the company or sole entrepreneur registration (including VAT numbers),

telephone number
The Service will not access and process the payment information of Users (bank card details, bank account details, etc.) in any way during the ordering of transfers by Users or the use of the Service as a passenger.

2.3. The Company may collect and process information by providing information about Clients to its subsidiaries, affiliates or contractors who have concluded service agreements with the Company, including the requirement to process the above data.

2.4. The Company may transfer data on Users (in particular, in connection with the completion and / or payment of Transfers) if the Company believes that it is required by applicable law, regulations, valid contract, court proceedings or a request issued by a public authority, or if such information must be disclosed for the resolution of dispute situations, in case of any claims and disputes, to ensure the safety of Users or the Service in connection with the receipt of services and others within the scope of the Service.

2.5. Information about Users may be provided by the Company to third parties in connection with events such as a merger or sale of the Company's assets, financing and acquisition of all or part of an enterprise, or during negotiations. 

2.6. The Company may disclose information to third parties in cases not expressly provided for in this document, provided that the User authorises the disclosure of his/her information.

3. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF INFORMATION

3.1. The Company stores the information contained in the User's Personal Account and other data about the User until the Personal Account is deleted by the User or the Service receives the User's request to delete the Personal Account. For operational purposes to comply with applicable laws, User support, service quality improvement, research and analytics, direct marketing and any other legal, financial, insurance and other requests related to the use of the Service, the Company retains all information about Users that may be received in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including information about transfers and payments of Licence Fees, as well as information about the devices used for the use of the Service, for the duration of the term. Use of the Personal Account for 7 (seven) years after deletion of the Personal Account. Upon expiration of this period, the Company will delete or anonymise such information in accordance with the relevant legislation.

3.2. Users may at any time send a request to delete the Personal Account. Upon receipt of such a request, the Company will delete all information about the User, except for the information that needs to be retained, and restrict access of third parties, including Service Users, to the data about this User remaining in the Service. Users understand that even in case of deletion of the Personal Account, information about the User may be provided at the request of third parties, in particular in case of any conflict situation related to the completion or payment of the Transfer, to ensure the security of Users or the Service, prevention or investigation of any fraud cases, etc.

4. ACCESS AND MODIFICATION OF INFORMATION

4.1. Users can change the name, phone number and e-mail address specified in the Personal Account. The Personal Account also contains the history of placed orders and accepted Transfers (completed and incomplete for any reason), as well as the User's rating on the Service.

4.2. Requests for the receipt of any User information, making changes if the information specified in the Personal Account is not correct, deletion of the Personal Account and refusal to receive marketing information from the Company can be sent to [email protected].

5. GUIDELINES

5.1. The Company's website uses "cookies".
The information received by the Company through cookies helps to provide services in the most appropriate way. By using this website, the User agrees to place cookies on his/her device in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the use of cookies by the Company, the User is required to customise the settings of his/her browser to Control or Disable cookies on the User's device, respectively, or to exit this website.

5.2. Information about cookies.
